Great location, right by a beautiful lake and in the center of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the refreshing amenities in our room.
The prices for meals at the hotel were quite expensive. We found the cost of breakfast and dinner to be quite high, made dining at the hotel less appealing.

From the moment we checked-in, the staff treated us warmly--everyone was so nice and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself is gorgeous and in a prime location overlooking a large lake. The vintage-style keys for the rooms added a nice touch. We also had a wonderful dining experience at the on-site Restaurant Haerlin. we would highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay.

I had an amazing stay at a great hotel in Hamburg. The luxurious room was spacious and well-equipped, with a amazing view of the lake. The staff were friendly, proactive, and provided really good service. The location was perfect, right in the city center by the lake. The facilities, including the bar and sauna, were cozy and enjoyable. The atmosphere at the Nikkey Nine Bar/restaurant was fantastic, with expert service from Claire Rudloff.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, nestled in a beautiful area. I particularly enjoyed the bar and restaurant, where the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was good. Despite the luxurious amenities this hotel provides, I experienced a minor issue with the room cleaning. the sponge in the bathroom was not replaced and the housekeeper did not clean the room properly.
